Montalbera winery visit from Castagnole Monferrrato, Piedmont

For the beginning of the new season of Events @labottega13, we are happy to introduce MONTALBERA wine estate for the very first time in Finland! Montalbera is known for the local piedmontese red wine grape variety RUCHÉ accounting for 60 % of the entire production of this appellation in the world.

We start by tasting of some of their award -winning wines typical of the area of Monferrato, highlighted with RUCHÉ. Tasting will be followed by the dinner.

Tasting from 4 pm to 6.30 pm. Price 30€ including aperitivo.

Dinner (Á la carte) from 7 pm on. Wines available by glasses (12/16 cl).

WATCHES & WINE — SECOND MEETING

In occasion of the soon coming Watch show in Helsinki we are glad to announce our second appointment in collaboration with Longitudi (Korkeavuorenkatu 3, Helsinki). We will visit the shop for an in depth view of the fabulous world of Vintage Watches. After that we will continue to La Bottega 13 for some wine tasting and watch talking.

Montaribaldi winery from Barbaresco and 50 months aged Parmigiano

Opening of the Parmigiano wheel 10.11. Thursday 17:00 - 17:30 in La Bottega 13. The Parmigiano will be available for purchase at a special price 50€/kg.

To highlight the fragrance of the Parmigiano a special four-course menu will be served:

Mille-feuille potatoes with parmigiano fondue and black truffle
Tagliolini pasta with egg yolk truffle and parmigiano 50 months

After two years break, Montaribaldi winery from Piedmont, Italy is back in Helsinki to present their latest vintages on Wednesday and Thursday.

Women of Wine

Wine lecture and tasting – selection of wines from four Women of Wine from Sicily, Toscana, Trentino Alto Adige and Veneto. Price 15€. (Event takes place at PRPE Prototype Design, Tehtaankatu 24 – accross the street from La Bottega 13). On Monday 21 and Tuesday 22 October from 16.30 till 18.30. The event is organized in co-operation with our partner Italian Trade Connections.
